We are a natural medicine health service located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We are a team of qualified Natural Medicine Practitioners and Scientists here to help you on your path to health. We use Integrative Naturopathy, Clinical Nutritional Medicine & Traditional Chinese Medicine including Acupuncture to support and enhance cognitive and physical stability at every stage of life.
Our collective integrates Neuroscience with Naturopathy and Nutrition as medical modalities that use traditional and modern scientific knowledge to prevent and treat illness by combining pharmacognosy, western herbal medicine, nutritional biochemistry & remedial therapies

We believe in providing a comprehensive case analysis in order to get a full understanding of you and your health. We will take you through an extensive evaluation of the latest scientific pathology testing and researched nutritional compounds to establish baseline health parameters and will apply effective treatment plans to suit you and your health goals.
Compounding
We promote a healthy diet that incorporates food as medicine, however, we understand that from time to time our mind and body require support with supplementation. Our compounded formulas are created for the individual in-house by high-quality practitioner-only compounds that are combined together for you after a 15-minute health assessment.
functional testing
Combining the latest scientific testing through blood panels, urine, saliva, stool analysis, and DNA is one of the key identifiers of the underlying causes of your symptoms. We work with pathologists and special functional testing laboratories to enable comprehensive biochemical analysis.
